The Kackling Kousins took the month of August for some R&R at the Centre County Grange Fair in Centre Hall, PA. There is nothing better than handwork sewing in the evening at your campsite enjoying the sites and sounds of the Fair.
However, here we are now in the middle of September 2023 back into creating, sewing, and teaching. This past week we were in Brookhaven, PA near Philadelphia. We provided a lecture on the "Quilt-As-You-Go Civil War Potholder Quilting." The Undercover Quilters are a great group and were extremely engaged in the Civil War QAYG technique.
