The Kackling Kousins were at Hoover's Bernina in Mifflinburg, PA on Monday, March 20, 2023 to begin teaching the Underground Railroad Series. The workshop meets once-a-month for 6 months to complete two blocks per class of the sampler. Kate and Kelly are so excited about the quilters who decided to join them for this series. These quilters will learn new techniques and sew the blocks together in class. Here is just a glimpse of how hard these ladies are working on their blocks, while they listen to the fascinating stories told about the role of quilts during the time of the Underground Railroad.
