The Kousins Return to the House of Hoover

On Tuesday, October 21, 2025 the Kackling Kousins will be at Hoovers to teach the technique of machine quilting with rulers.  

Imagine quilting your next quilt top with minimal markings.  If you are quilting on your home sewing machine or your longarm, using rulers can help you get very consistent with lines and shapes.  Students come to class with a simple quilt block already sewn.  The block will be used to practice using rulers.  It is extremely important to learn these techniques on a quilt block that actually has seams and ditches.

The Kousins have a variety of rulers for you to test drive to find your best fit.  Our goal is to teach you how to quilt with rulers, which should save you tons of time.  "Machine Quilting with Rulers" is customized quilting.  The creativity you have at your fingertips is endless.  In fact, ruler quilting is a showstopper.
